Beyond answering when you ask, Gianna keeps a gentle rhythm of her own — a few proactive notes through the week. It's yours to shape, and yours to quiet.

The three she offers

Shaping them

Each is on a schedule you control — change the time, or switch one off, from Settings, or just ask:

"Send my morning note at 6:30 instead."

"Turn off the evening examen."

Nothing is forced. If a rhythm doesn't fit your life, quiet it.

In a household each person has their own rhythm — your morning note, examen, and weekly review are yours alone, shaped by you and sent to you. (Tasks and reminders, by contrast, are shared — see your household.)

Adding your own

You can ask Gianna for your own recurring prompt — a small rule of life she helps you keep:

"Every day at noon, send me the Angelus."

"On Fridays, remind me it's a day of penance."

She'll keep these going. Ask "what routines do I have?" to see them, and to pause, change, or remove any.

Where they arrive

Your rhythm reaches you wherever you hear from Gianna — the web app, your phone, or Telegram if connected. (For reliable notes on an iPhone, Telegram is the surest path — see the iPhone guide.)
