A daily Catholic routine: morning note, the Angelus, and an evening examen
Gianna sends the day's feast and saints each morning, the Angelus at noon if you ask, and an Ignatian examen at night, on the web, phone, or Telegram.

The Church gives every day a shape: a feast or a season, a saint, the Angelus at noon, an examination of conscience at night. A busy day pushes these out. Gianna sends them to you at the times you choose.
Morning: the day's feast and what is on
The morning note gives the day's celebration and saints from your calendar (Ordinary Form, 1962, or Dominican), your commitments for the day, and any deadline coming up that needs preparation. Empty sections are left out. If you are praying a novena, its prayer for the day arrives as well.
"Send my morning note at 6:30."
Noon: the Angelus
Ask once and Gianna sends the Angelus at noon every day, word for word:
"Every day at noon, send me the Angelus."
The same works for other set prayers and reminders:
"On Fridays, remind me it's a day of penance."
"Every weekday, remind me to pray morning prayer."
Evening: the examen
The evening examen follows the Ignatian pattern: give thanks, ask for light, look back honestly over the day, and rest in hope. Your prayer intentions can appear at the end.
"Turn on the evening examen at 9pm."
Once a week: a review
The weekly review looks at the next seven days: deadlines, what needs preparing, and your commitments.
Where it arrives
Routines arrive in the web app, as notifications on your phone, or on Telegram, where you can reply to add a task or an intention. Each routine can be moved, paused, or switched off by asking, or under Tasks, Routines.
In a household, each person has their own routine. Your spouse's morning note is theirs, while the prayer list and tasks are shared.
