Gianna keeps a shared to-do list for your household. Just talk to her — no forms.

Adding things

Two kinds of timing

A task can carry either, both, or neither:

Gianna's morning note nudges you on deadlines ("the taxes are due Friday — ready?") and reminds you of what you've set aside time for.

Who does it

Tasks are open to the whole household by default. Gianna only assigns one to a person if you say so ("that one's mine", "ask James to do it") — she never quietly puts it all on one of you.

Repeating tasks

Say it once and it keeps coming back: "put the bins out every other Tuesday", "water the plants every 3 days", "pay the cleaner on the 1st of each month". When you mark a repeating task done, Gianna sets up the next one automatically.

Finishing things

"Done the dentist" — Gianna marks it off and names it back so you can catch a wrong match. Ask "what's on my list?" any time.
