Gianna lives in your browser — there's nothing to download from the Play Store. A quick install step gives you an app icon, full-screen prayer, and her notes through the day.

Open Gianna

Open Chrome and go to gianna.chat. Sign in, and tap Open Gianna to reach the app.

Install the app

Chrome can install Gianna so she sits on your home screen like any app.

Confirm, and Gianna appears on your home screen and in your app drawer. Open her from there for the full-screen experience.

If you don't see an Install option yet, you can keep using Gianna in the browser in the meantime — everything works either way.

Notifications

Gianna can send her morning note, your reminders, and the evening examen to your phone — so you hear from her even when the app is closed. Notifications are simpler on Android than on iPhone; you don't even need to install first (though installing is nicer).

Turn them on:

  1. In Gianna, open Settings.
  2. Tap Get Gianna's notes on this device.
  3. Chrome will ask gianna.chat wants to send notifications — tap Allow.

That's it. Her notes now arrive on your phone, and tapping one opens Gianna to the message.

What you'll receive: the morning note, reminders you've set, your recurring routines (like the weekly review and evening examen), and any time Gianna reaches out first. Nothing noisy — these follow your quiet hours and a gentle daily limit, both adjustable in Settings.

If you tapped "Block" by mistake: Chrome won't ask again, so the button can't re-prompt. To undo it, tap the 🔒 padlock (or ⓘ) next to the address when Gianna is open → Permissions → set Notifications to Allow (on the installed app, use Android Settings → Apps → Gianna → Notifications). Then reopen Gianna and tap the button again.

If notifications ever go quiet, just open Gianna once — she quietly re-checks and renews the connection each time you open her, so it sorts itself out.

Telegram — a lovely alternative

You can also hear from Gianna through Telegram, a free chat app. Her notes arrive like any message, and you can reply to her in the same place.

  1. Install Telegram from the Play Store if you don't have it.
  2. In Gianna, open Settings (or tap Connect Telegram on the welcome card) and tap the link.
  3. Telegram opens straight to the Gianna bot and connects you automatically.

Pick whichever you prefer — on-device notifications, Telegram, or both.

Voice notes

Through Telegram you can speak to Gianna. Hold the microphone, say your intention or how your day went, and she'll understand it — handy for adding a prayer request or a task without typing. (Voice is a Pro feature.)
